Most of the time, yeah. If the bench is slammed, we'll tell you up front. That's the asterisk.
What's the $350 for?
The repair itself. Most jobs are the flat $350, parts and all. If something else is busted too, like the screen or the battery, we'll tell you before we touch it.
I spilled something on it. Now what?
Turn it off. Disconnect battery*. Don't charge it. Don't put it in rice. Get it to us. Corrosion keeps spreading the longer it sits. *if accessible
Do I lose my stuff?
Board repair doesn't wipe your drive. Usually it comes back exactly how you left it. If the files are what you really care about, tell us in the form.
